Merger talks between Reliance and Disney
The huge merger between Viacom18 and Star India is expected to be announced this week.
Reports say that the two companies have already signed a binding agreement. The merger will see Reliance own 61 per cent of the new entity, while Walt Disney will own 33 per cent. 6 per cent of the company will be held by Bodhi Tree Systems.
