Nita Ambani may be named Chairperson of Reliance-Disney Star merged entity

Nita Ambani is expected to be named Chairperson of the much talked about Reliance-Disney Star merged entity.

Nita, who is the founder and chairperson of Reliance Foundation, will most likely lead the new company, while Bodhi Tree promoter Uday Shankar would most probably be named Vice Chairperson, according to Economic Times.
