Arijit Singh to sing for Salman Khan in ‘Tiger 3’?
Arijit Singh and Salman Khan have reportedly let bygones be bygones and have agreed to work together for the upcoming ‘Tiger 3’.
The two became arch-rivals back in 2014 when Khan commented on Singh’s attire upon presenting him with an award at a ceremony. Singh who was dressed casually with a messy hair look, prompted Khan to ask him, “Tu Hai Winner?”. Singh then reacted by taking at a dig at the actor’s hosting skills. He said, “Aap log ne sula dia”. This did not go down well with Khan, which resulted him removing the song ‘Jag Ghoomeya’ by Singh from ‘Sultan’.
Singh made a public apology to Khan at the time. He said, “You (Salman) are mistaken about the fact that I insulted you”. Referring to the song being removed from ‘Sultan’, Singh added, “I have sung enough songs, sir. But I want to retire with at least one song of yours in my library. Please do not take away this feeling.”
