The station, which replaces the Asian Sound Radio brand, is now available on 963AM, 1377AM, DAB, and various digital platforms, offering listeners a diverse range of content tailored to their interests and preferences.

By replacing the Asian Sound Radio brand, the station signals a new era in Asian broadcasting, offering a blend of music, talk shows, news updates, and community-focused content designed to resonate with the diverse communities of North West England.
Listeners can tune in to Lyca Radio – Greater Manchester on traditional AM frequencies, as well as on DAB and digital platforms, ensuring accessibility for audiences across the region. The launch event, held on Monday 22nd April at the Lyca Radio – Greater Manchester Broadcasting House in Southall Street, Manchester, was attended by distinguished guests, including Cllr Luthfur Rahman OBE – Deputy Leader of Manchester City Council, Cllr Basit Sheikh, commercial partners, and past and presenters and staff.
